Cera trądzikowa i cera tłusta to jedne z tych , o które trzeba dbać ze
szczególną troską. Niestety sama jestem posiadaczką takiego typu cery.
Ale jeśli wiemy jak należy o nią dbać to damy sobie z nią radę. Bardzo
przydatne w tym celu są bibułki matujące. Nie zajmują dużo miejsca , a
mogą okazać się bardzo przydatne. Okazują się bardzo przydatne np. gdy
przebywamy w upalnych promieniach słońca :)
Osobiście polecam bibułki firmy Marion ( 11 zł ), których sama używam.

Posiadaczki cery tłustej i trądzikowej powinny używać specjalnych kosmetyków, które redukują produkcję sebum i łoju oraz odtykają pory, aby skóra mogła swobodnie oddychać. Odpowiednia pielęgnacja cery to podstawa sukcesu. Rano i wieczorem należy użyć żelu, toniku i kremu, rano matującego natomiast wieczorem nawilżającego, bo wbrew pozorom cera tłusta i trądzikowa potrzebuje nawilżenia. Niezbędne są także peeling ( około 3 razy w tygodniu) i maseczka ( co najmniej 2 razy w tygodniu ). Uzupełnieniem tego zabiegu może być zażywanie tabletek Cera Nova, które wpływają na skórę, włosy i paznokcie i są na prawdę skuteczne.

I personally am using:
Morning
- gel (PLN 10.49) and tonic water (PLN 9.79) from Perfecta and BB cream from Eveline (PLN 15)
Możecie również używać kremu BB z Garniera. Jednak ja wolę ten z Eveline.
Kremy BB to samo dobro dla skóry. Błyskawiczny efekt 6 w 1:
- wyrównuje koloryt cery
- pokrywa zaczerwienienia i niedoskonałości
- intensywnie nawilża 48h
- wygładza i rozświetla
- redukuje oznaki zmęczenia
- SPF 15 chroni przed UVA/UVB
You can also use BB cream of Garnier. However I prefer the one from Eveline.
BB creams are very good for the skin. Lightning effect 6 in 1:
- colours are smoothing darns
- he/she is covering reddenings and imperfections
- intensively he is moistening with 48 h
- he is smoothing and is lightening up
- he is reducing indications of the tiredness
- SPF 15 is sheltering from UVA/UVB
Naprawdę szczerze polecam . Dziewczyny nie używajcie fluidów jeśli macie problemy z cerą bo fluid zatyka pory sprawiając że objawy trądziku nasilają się. A efekty wyglądają potem nie ciekawie.
Really frankly I recommend. Don't use the girl of vibrations if you have problems with the complexion because vibrations are blocking pores causing that symptoms of acne are intensifying. And effects look then not curiously.
Wieczorem
Żel z Ganiera ( 17 zł ), tonik ten sam co rano czyli Perfecta i krem nawilżający marki Soraya ( 16 zł ) naprzemiennie z kremem z serii Siarkowa moc ( 16,84 zł ) ( raz kupuję jeden, a następnym razem drugi ).
With evening
Gel from Ganier (PLN 17), this tonic water alone as in the morning i.e. Perfecta and the moisturizing cream of the Soraya brand (PLN 16) by turns with cream of series Sulphuric power (PLN 16.84) (I am buying the time one, and next time second).
Tak wygląda moja codzienna pielęgnacja cery.
Dodatkowo 3 razy w tygodniu peeling marki Soraya do cery tłustej i trądzikowej ( 12 zł ) + 2 razy w tygodniu maseczka drożdżowa marki Soraya ( 3,49 zł ) . Poza tym tabletki Cera Nova ( 23,89zł ) , o których wcześniej wspomniałam.
This way my everyday care is longing for the complexion.
Additionally 3 times during the week scrub of the Soraya brand of the fat and acne complexion (PLN 12) + 2 times during the week yeast face mask of the Soraya brand (PLN 3.49). Apart from that pills Complexion Novelties (PLN 23.89) which earlier I mentioned.
Taka pielęgnacja pozwala cieszyć się czystą od niedoskonałości i gładką buzią :)

Dodatkowo 2 razy w roku robię sobie oczyszczanie twarzy kwasem migdałowym u kosmetyczki.
Jest to pakiet 4 zabiegów na twarz zawierających różnego rodzaju żele, kremy, maseczki i peelingi , które nakłada nam kosmetyczka. Czas jednego zabiegu to około 1 godziny. Cena w moim przypadku 200 zł za 4 zabiegi.
Additionally 2 times a year I am doing for oneself cleaning the face with mandelic acid at the beautician.
It is package of 4 treatments to the face containing gels of different kind, creams, face masks and exfoliations which for us the beautician is putting. Time of one treatment it about 1 hour. Price in my case PLN 200 for 4 treatments.
Jak to działa ?
Kwas migdałowy to kwas AHA otrzymywany z migdałów. Zabieg polega na nałożeniu kwasu (bezpieczne stężenie to 20-40%) bezpośrednio na twarz. Należy zmyć go po około 8 minutach lub kiedy zaczyna piec i swędzieć na tyle, że nie możemy dłużej wytrzymać, zdarzyło mi się zmyć go i po 5 minutach. Następnie należy nałożyć na twarz mocno nawilżający krem.
Zaraz po zabiegu skóra może być napięta. Po około 3 dniach zaczyna się łuszczyć, łuszczenie to nie jest jednak bardzo problematyczne - można spokojnie nałożyć makijaż i pokazać się ludziom. Po tygodniu łuszczenie ustępuje i mamy piękną, gładką cerę.

It is possible also to apply the surgery on the microplaning but it is costly treatment, c PLN 200 behind the visit.
Mam nadzieję że wiele z was skorzysta z moich rad i zacznie bardziej dbać o swoją cerę, bo blizny po trądziku zostają na całe życie i są szpecące.
